Windows Updates - Computers
To view the windows update state of each computer, click on the "Windows Updates" tab, then select "Computers".
On this screen, you will find a listing of each computer's update state. You can select which group of computers is displayed by selecting the group name in the "Show" drop down list.
The first four columns shown are basic details about each computer, including the computer's name, domain, operating system, and service pack number. The remaining columns contain information about the update state of each computer.
Updates Available
This column shows the number of updates that are available for each computer. You can click on it to show the specific updates.
Updates Installed
This column shows the number of updates that have already been installed on each computer. You can click on it to show the specific updates.
Update Failures
This column shows the number of current updates that have failed to install on each computer. If an update failed to install, then succeeded later, it won't be shown here. You can click on the number to show the specific updates. Note that if an update fails to install, the next time OptiTune tries to install the update it may succeed. Generally you don't need to take action unless the update repeatedly fails to install. Click on the "View History" link to examine the complete history of updates, including failures.
Update History
Clicking on the link "View History" will show you the complete update history for a particular computer.
Last Update Check
This column shows the date and time when OptiTune last checked for updates on each computer.
