PSA Sync History

To view the sync history of a particular PSA Integration, on the PSA Integration page click on "View History".

Columns

This screen has the following columns:

• Result - The result of running the synchronization with the PSA. If there was an error, it will be shown as "Failed" for example.

• Message - Any error messages or helpful information from running the synchronization.

• Date - The date the synchronization took place.
