Job Summary
To view the summary of all backup jobs for a group of computers (or single computer), click on the "Backup" tab, and select "Job Summary"
On this screen, you will find a summary of all backup jobs for the selected computer/group. You can select which computer/group is displayed by clicking on the "Change" button at the top of the screen.
You can also click on any of the data values in blue to see more information.
Filtering
You can filter the results by Backup Application, Job Type, and Last Result using the controls at the top of the screen.
Columns
This screen has the following columns:
Backup App - the name of the backup application
Backup Job - the name of the backup job
Backup Job - the type of the backup job, for example "Backup Files", "Restore", etc...
Computer - the name of the computer with the backup job
Last Result - the most recent result of running the job
Last Started - the last time the job started
Last Error Message - if the job failed, the last error message produced when running the backup job
Runs - the total number of runs of the job on the computer
Succeeded - the total number of times the backup job succeeded on the computer
Failed - the total number of times the backup job failed on the computer
Items Uploaded - the total number of items the backup job has uploaded, over its entire lifetime
Data Uploaded - the total amount of data backup job has uploaded, over its entire lifetime
